**SCREEN PRINT SALES turn around time is 4-6 days excluding weekends and holidays**

**SCREEN PRINT PRE ORDER turn around time is 7-10 business days FROM close date EXCLUDING weekends and holidays. If you order ready to ship screens with your pre order, they won't ship till the pre order is ready**

**READY TO SHIP SCREEN PRINTS turn around time is 1-4 days excluding weekends and holidays**

**SUBLIMATION turn around time is 2-5 days excluding weekends and holidays**

**CUSTOM DTF/SUB turn around time is 5-8 days excluding weekends and holidays.**

**DTF(Direct To Film) turn around time is 4-7 days excluding weekends and holidays.**

**DTF(Direct To Film) SALES (SUNDAY FUNDAY) turn around time is 5-8 days excluding weekends and holidays.

**$2 TUESDAY turn around time is 5-7 days excluding weekends and holidays

**CUSTOMIZED DTFS turn around time is 7-10 days excluding weekends and holidays

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns or refunds.

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS. Please make sure you know the turn around time before you place your order.

If you MUST cancel you will be required to pay a fee of 15%.

If there is an issue with your order you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
