Application instruction for each transfer type we offer: ALWAYS PRE-PRESS YOUR SHIRT TO GET MOISTURE OUT

PUFF SCREENS

1. Do NOT cover the screen with Teflon or any other cover type material. 

2. Set heat press to 350* F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

3. You will need to use HEAVY pressure while pressing these screens. (8-9 manual. 60 psi automatic) 

4. Press the screen for 7 seconds and open the press and hot peel the transfer. 

HIGH HEAT SCREEN PRINTS

1. Set heat press to 350-375* F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

2. You will need to use HEAVY pressure while pressing these screens. (8-9 manual. 60 psi automatic) 

3. Press the screen for 10 seconds and open the press and hot peel the transfer. 

In order to know these are applied properly, you must be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the shirt. 

SOFT SCREEN PRINTS

1. Set heat press to 325* F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

2. You will need to use HEAVY pressure while pressing these screens. (8-9 manual. 60 psi automatic) 

3. Press the screen for 10 seconds and open the press and hot peel the transfer. 

In order to know these are applied properly, you must be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the shirt. 

SCREEN PRINTS (THESE DO NOT SAY HIGH HEAT OR SOFT IN THE TITLE)

1. Set heat press to 350* F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

2. You will need to use HEAVY pressure while pressing these screens. (8-9 manual. 60 psi automatic) 

3. Press the screen for 10 seconds and open the press and hot peel the transfer. 

In order to know these are applied properly, you must be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the shirt. 

DTF TRANSFERS

1. Set heat press to 290-302* F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

2. You will need to use HEAVY pressure while pressing these screens. (8-9 manual. 60 psi automatic) 

3. Press the  DTF transfer for 10 seconds and open the press and let the film cool for about 15-20 seconds. Peel the film off.

4. Cover the transfer once the film is off with parchment or Teflon and repress for 10 more second.  

In order to know these are applied properly, you must be able to see the shirt fabric lines through the shirt. 

SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS

1. Set heat press to 385-400*F. You may need to use a heat gun to make sure your temperature is accurate.

2. Insert copy paper, parchment paper, or butcher paper inside of your shirt and on top of your transfer. This protects the shirt if any ink bleeds through.

3. Press shirt for 60 seconds at medium pressure- 100% poly light color can be pressed for 45 seconds.

-Subs do not go on black shirts. Subs do not print white. 

-You must use a shirt that is at least 50% polyester. 100% polyester shirts or material work the best to get the most vibrant colors. Please note: If you use a shirt less than 100% poly ester, you will get a vintage look and may experience fading after washing the garment. 

-White or light color shirts are highly recommended but other colors may be used depending on the design.

 

WASH INSTRUCTIONS 

1.Turn garment inside out

2. Machine wash cold-NO FABRIC SOFTENER

3. Tumble dry low- PUFF SCREENS HANG DRY DO NOT PUT IN DRYER
